ok right now i have a n/a ej22 in my 94 legacy wagon, i am puting in a WRX shifter/linkage soon for a short shifter.

but anyways, can anyone give me some things i can do to gain some horse power out of my car.

keep in mind please list everything and the aproxmiate cost, i am a full time college time student and i want to be able to get some more power out of her.

It's been covered before many times :(.

Not much you can do to get more than a few HP out of it for not a lot of cash.

big shot of nitrous, I was running an 80 shot. pulled a 14.9 at 91(?) mph

80 is pretty big for a four cylinder, didn't you have your supercharger then too?
