looking for schools [in canada]

Hey,
In sept of 2005 I plan on going back to school. The issue being is since my wife works at env canada we could be moved to any of the following places

Halifax Montreal Trenton Toronto Winnipeg Edmonton Vancouver

I'm having alot of trouble picking what I want. But I have the field narrowed down. The thing is, I'm looking for something that will complent my Auto hobby, but not be completely parallell.

The fields I've looked at or thought about are
Heavy Duty Mechanic
Welding [cancer, no thanks]
Machining
CAD/CAM
Fabrication

Also being a programmer now, something that crossed a bit of computer with the mix would not be bad. thus the CAD/CAM.

You get the gist. So what I'm looking for is any/all suggestions for schools in the above geographical area's....

In Nova Scotia i found this program which looks great..

Thanks.

If you could move to Windsor, there's the Center for Creative Studies.
