i found some kyb agx's adjustable struts im thinking of going with those and a set of eibach spring's with a 1'' drop what u guys think?

Nay. The springs are progressive, the shocks are linear. The springs are for an impreza, no? If they are, you will need to replace the spring seat in the front and the top mounts in the back. Pain in the butt and an unexpected expense. The later (92-94) legacies already have the right mounts. Whiteline springs fit right in.

they dont make eibach springs in the size of what i need but with a 1'' drop ?

im not sure- the thing is is that they're really not suited to a 91 legacy.
