you all knocked me down when i told you of the cars ive beaten cuz you said they werent very fast. today i had a stronger competitor, it was a 2000-ish golf vr6 2 dr hatchback. i definitely saw the vr6 badging when i pulled behind him at a previous traffic light. im not completely sure if it was a golf or a jetta, i think it was a golf because i didnt think jettas had 2 dr hatches. anyways, the vr6 engine is rated at 200 hp. we were tied in first gear, but by 4,ooo rpm in 2nd i started to pull away. i was very happy with this win, one of the faster cars ive raced. my real goal is to be fast enough to beat a gsx or gs-t.

Hang on a second. No VR6 of that vintage is rated at 200hp. The earliest ones are 174hp, and the later ones are 190hp. If you were racing a 174hp version, then to keep up or beat him wouldn't be all that surprising...

But you still beat a VW, and for that I do have to commend you

street racing is bad and...
But really, I always see those 2000-ish VR6's driving in a challenging manner, way to take one down a notch.
