Update: MMS & Accessories is way cool! I ordered the nuts from them Friday afternoon and they were waiting in my mailbox today. Brand new fine-thread stainless metric flange nuts for three-quarters of a dollar each. Beautiful.

Hehehehe... Yeah.

I highly recommend them. They didn't have these particular fasteners listed on their web site but I emailed them to ask and they got back to me in a couple of hours.

They don't have 35mm long M12x1.25 stainless flange-head bolts, though.

Oh, and I should also have mentioned -- the exhaust manifold studs are different from the turbo and uppipe studs. The exhaust manifold studs are threaded along their whole length, and I think they're a little longer than the others.
