Im thinking that my hesitations might not be ingnition related. I remember reading that cone filters may give the sensor a hard time.
Whats your intake and hesitation situation?

Stock except for a K&N. I have slight hesitation problems, so days are worse then others, but not as bad as some people seem to be having.

thats dlc;s old car. he had it custom made.

i have a mug and a cone and it doesnt hesitate like it used to where it would litteraly jolt back and foruth. now it sticks to 3k rpm at full boost and keeps speeding up without reving higher, but it doesnt do it all the time. when it does decide it wants to go past 3k rpm i chirp the fronts
