Why don't you go to the pick and pull and replace it all yourself? Probably around 60 bucks for the broken parts you need. FWD Legacy's are abundant, at least in this area.

That would make more sense then, lol. If it was his fault, you should have gotten his information.

it was really tough to know who's fault. anyways..
toyota wants 1800 for parts, i managed to get them all for 500 from a junk yard. ;)
i'm fixing it in my driveway.

Don't worry bignose, I've done that before.

When someone lightly T-boned me in my Legacy, I was so distraught that when the guy got out of the car, I got his phone number and not his tag number... Needless to say the number was bogus, and the accident was classified as a hit-n-run...

I'm just pissed because this car was left to me by my grandmother http://www.bignose.ca/agnes/ ... I guess it's more of an emotional attachment to her or something.

Oh well, it will be a fun project, and will end up being almost 5 times cheaper than letting toyota do it. I guess that's the bright side.

That and the other guy was a honda, I hope he smashed the shit out of his.

whoo hoo ! wicked news. toyota wanted to rape me for 2600 total including labour.

I got the parts for 535$, then fedex fucked up and didn't charge me for shipping. Did the work in 3.5 hours in the driveway. works perfect.

now i just need to get an alignment and it's back to normal.
