Money money Money..some effort..
You can do a search here in this forum for just that topic..
But Basicly you need
1.Turbo Cross member (notched)
2.turbo Headers, Uppipe, turbo, Downpipe..afterthat i'm sur you can just make your own exhaust.
3.Turbo Radiator and radiator resivour (totally differant system to N/A)
4. turbo water pump.
5. turbo oil pump..(i think this can be optional..but you have do alot of tapping)
6. ECU and all the little hoses and control peices on the inside right fender (generic terms)
And those are the Major Peices.. There are alot of little peices i didn't mention..as i can't remeber them all.. but i'm sure again if you do a search.. you are not the first to have asked this..
Personally that should cost you about 1500 and alot of blood and sweat..about 4-5 days depending on how good a mechanic you are and how rusted the exhaust is to the engine.
There are turbo kits that run about 2400-4500 for the car that would be the quickest route.
And several companies do full 2.0t w/5speed Swaps for about 5500..that would be the most complete way of doing it.
I'm not saying it's not possiable..i've done a couple on 1.8l DL's loyales but they are WAY simple-er..

I went this way first, than i took my calculator and figured out how much this would cost me, and taking in consideration how reliable and easy to fix it would be.
I estimated, N/A with turbo at 4-5psi max would give me 160-170 not so reliable HP, and if i got stuck with broken engine parts, not every shop could figure it out.
So i bought an ej22t and swapped it for half the price it would have cost me to turbo my N/A, reliable too
