Anyone got any info on the diff spec Jap models?

Specifically - the difference between a
VZ
VZ-R
Both 2L N/A Quad cam (you fill in the rest)

There were a whole lot of different JDM models, a WHOLE lot. Few that come to mind:
RS
RS-R
RS-RA
2.0 GT
Brighton 4WD
VZ
VZ-R
SX
Ti
TiS

That being said I don't know the difference between a VZ and a VZ-R.
