car is pretty much stock for now except the AGX struts. in the summer it will wear some gold RS wheels. although i really like the dark gray 15s.

I thought that the STi wheels looked basically the same, but were 16" and painted gold.

Is that the one you use when you're drying the car. I have never had good luck with that. I use Eagle One nanowax. It does a decent job IMO.

I use the Rain X one-step spray wax which lasts about a week.

Looks good!

I have rust in the exact same spot on my driver's door :)

eagle one wet is a traditional wax that gives a wet look. makes red cars look amazing. cant wait to see it on the winestone pearl. it was their top wax before the "nano" wax. i may have to try that.

yep the mast is bent. it goes so fast it is permanently bent back! seriously, the previous owner forgot to shut the radio down before the car wash. he spent his time and money on the mechanicals and his rally car. unfortunately that means the rust and antenna got neglected.

it has matching rust on both fenders the decklid and the left 1/4 panel.

thanks. the car already has AGX struts and the gold rs wheels for summer.

once i finish paying for it in march the plan is as follows:

fix antenna

change brake/clutch fluid to high temp stuff

boost gauge (might do this one sooner)

MBC (only want about 9 PSI)

coffe mug (might also do this one sooner)

rust repair

stainless steel brake lines

wish list:

TMIC, then vrg3's FCD, then more boost

water injection

total repaint (might do this sooner too if the rallycross car home paint job comes out OK) not sure on color. maybe a nice green like this:

Image

of course it wouldnt have the woodgrain look to it.

or original color. havent decided. really like yellow. a good yellow. not the current WRX yellow but one like the honda S2000 or the 91 SS yellow. just not sure how it would look w/the gold RS wheels. im thinking not so good but who knows. it works on rally cars so...

this yellow:

of course the current WRB on the STis is always a good looking option. and not to common on the 90-94.

sorry I'm wrong, they're the first, second, and early third version wrx wheels, same 15" and whatnot. The STi wheels are the same for v1 but gold. V2 is when they moved to the wheel you're thinking of.
