What brand of fuel filter does everyone recommend?
Is the Subaru one (part# 42072 PA010) the best?

I usually just pick up a Purolator fuel filter at Advance. It's like 15 or 16 bucks. Purolator does make the OEM Subaru oil filters, so it's quite possible that Purolator makes the OEM fuel filters too. In any case, I generally trust Purolator's products.

I've done what Vikash has done since I've owned my car, never had any problems at all.
