window wierdness

My passenger's window flops open at about 75 mph (not that i go above 65 of course) and it leaks air. I've fixed it by stuffing straws in the rubber trim near the rear view mirror, but it still flops at 85. Also, it seems to struggle to go up, especially the last few inches, although it makes it. any ideas what might be causing this looseness? Thanks for the imput.
