Fairly annoying. Especially doing it on jackstands.

That the second clutch fork I've seen busted recently. I didn't know they were that susceptible to that kind of damage. But I guess they are a wear point, and a part that gets a lot of pressure every time you drive the car.

Helped my buddy get out of a jam with his forrester. He was installing uel headers and an oil cooler, screw on type was in the way. Flushed his coolant lol (by that i mean he showered in it lol) so i had to bring all of my tools and help him piece it back together. And the uel headers didn't even fit lol

Knock and O2 Sensor picked up from Chaplin's.

Annoyed because they charge tax on shipping. Fortunately I drove to pick it up so they'll have to refund that.

When I put my trans back in the other day I left out the solid pitch stop for a stock one. Sooooo much nicer. That was the dumbest mod ever.

Maybe I should try that. Wonder if I still have my stock one. I'm rockin the group N pitch mount right now. Car has severe nvh from all the group N mounts, poly race bushings, stiff coilovers and rear subframe locking bolts.

It's interesting.....everyone I've heard talk about the Group N pitch stop mount say it just adds so much NVH.....and from my opinion, it really doesn't add any significant stiffness or performance benefit. It just makes noise :)

Replaced power mirror switch... I now have power mirrors for the first time since owning the SS. Yes! Are they supposed to move in a herky-jerky motion, not smooth like 2nd gens?

If its both mirrors There could be some corrosion inside the switch.

Yeah could be. Considering I never adjust my mirrors after I set them, they're fine for now. Maybe the motors in the mirrors are just cranky from not being moved in 2+ years.
