Got some 17s lastnight. Spun my springs back.. Some one had my front end apart and had the springs spun so the bottom end of the spring didnt set in the bottom hats notch for the spring.... Confusing unless you seen it.... But fixed hopfully.. .... I cleaned more shit under the hood. Srill tryin to figure out y my BCS area is clicking.rapidly also my accel prob. .... Also ran into this........after i got my rims last night the kid text me saying he wamted my turbo rims.......read the rest i copied and pasted my post in wheels and tires section...... Turbo rims in good condition..... Im tryin to decide if i want to keep my stock rims as they are not in abundance and mine are Fuxkn clean..i have17s on. So these are extra.. This kid wants to trade me 3" wrx exhaust For them but he also wants my brand new 2.5" strait piped magnaflow to go back on his car ... I dont feel its worth it maybe if he had his own exhaust to go back on his car.. ... Also another thing is hes got some 18" 5zigs... Why dose he want my stock rims so bad? Should i hold on to them? I feel the rims are almost more rare than the car?? Help?

I finally finished my hybrid UK gauge cluster today. I got the odometer adjusted and everything's ready to go with it. I need to redo some of the wiring in the dash, and then it'll be ready to go back in the car.

If you do a metal head gasket, you should have your head and block surfaces machined, as the metal HG's aren't too tolerant in surface imperfections.

Agreed...as a machinist the surface finiish on the matal HGs will not be to a specific tolerance one side may be a thousandth diffetence then you have a leak because you got you heads machined and there granet top flat. The best bet is subaru ordered oem HGs.

I am a machinist myself, i would be surface grinding them myself after i received them because i do not trust their QC departments lol

And i would run a nice big oil stone over the head and block surfaces

Deffinatly camt go wrong with doing your own finish ive been working on a cnc latly and not to impressed with how much sanding and deburring i have to do. I make fly reels so they need to be diamonds. As they are $1100+ (saracione fly reels).

OEM gascap installed, went through and checked fuel lines.. engine bay to fuel pump access cover; We found a wet spot near my tank
Its at its worst when its a full tank of gas.. Draining tank, really hope I don't have to drop the gas tank.
