Note to everyone.....
If you run a rrfpr, you MUST use a clamp on the return line.... Even though the fuel return line for subarus is pressure fit, 110 psi is a tad much for it to deal with! The fuel return line popped off at 18 psi and I smellt ALOT of gas..... Needless to say I pulled over immediately and turned of the wagon.... I was one lucky fucker I didnt burn up. Gas everywhere but the turbo thank god.
On another note, I can't seem to get over 18.5 psi.... I am hoping its the BOV spring. I increased the spring strength some by installing about 4-5 washers.. Its a Turbo XS brand.
So, if I am stuck at 18.5, I should dyno at 265 whp, 290 torque.....
If the spring thing works, then who knows what will happen.....

I hope that is the case.
Glad it didn't burn down.

291 whp, 317 torque at 22-23 psi....
The turbo hits max boost at about 4000-4500 rpm.

284 hp and 305 torque @ 21 psi and 291 hp and 317 torque at 22 psi.
As for the AFR range... My uppipe wideband (Bosch sensor with AEM) read ALOT different... But I didnt knock once...
I wanted 300 hp, but 9 psi wasnt worth breaking something.... Once I actually have a decent exhuast, external wastegate installed, I will be there....

That's good power there Hoss. You should be able to get a LOT more out of it though.

Its too quick to drive around town..... stab the gas, and you are breaking the law instantly..... and its too loud right now as well.
i.e. not my daily driver anymore.

Those numbers look very good, I bet you could probably get 15+ HP going to a 3" or bigger Turbo back exhaust (I gained 15hp on the nose @ lower boost levels switching from a 2.5" to 3" exhaust on my Impreza).
I wonder how the tranny will hold up to that torque.
You should be in the low-mid 12's 1/4mile now!!
I'd say 12.35, good luck.....

Well, tonight I either am throwing $175 out the window, or I will have 820 cc modded injectors tommorrow.........
Cutting the tips off the yellow STI 550s.....
Did one so far....

Wait, USDM STi injectors? You don't cut the tips off of those... You have to remove the little metal panel inside the cone.
And you DEFINATELY need to flow-test them. Modded STi injectors are VERY erratic in flow after modding.
For $260 you could have had a set of modified, flow tested injectors from us.

all done with the mod.
idles 90% fine.
Drives pretty fine.
I am pulling ALOT of MAF signal though.
I was pulling -10 at idle, now pulling -17.
Now the hard part, to tune on boost.
