I'm in Detroit Lakes, Mn, zip code 56501. Tell me where you're at and I can give you a shipping quote if you'd like.
Although I noticed in another post you are wanting to turbo a non-turbo EJ22. Since this kit is actually currently installed on a non-turbo car I can speak from experience that this is not going to be a quick job to undergo, especially if you have little to no experience with this stuff( I don't know how experienced you are). Here is a
quick rundown of things:
First, you need turbo exhaust from the heads to the turbo. I used factory Legacy Turbo pieces becuase I had them. The water pumps are different between the cars so I had to grind away at the cast iron flange to clear the radiator hose/neck. The engine crossmembers are also different so I had to notch it out for the up-pipe to clear. This is about a 2"-3" notch in part of your main structure and most people are wary about doing something like this. I have absolutely beat the piss out my car, which includes all out rally, off-road, and jumping (repeatedly

) and have no signs of a weakened structure. My 0.02cents.
Second, you need oil and water to feed the turbo. Again, I used factory SS parts that I had and swapped heads. This gave me oil feed and return and also coolant return. I cheated and tapped into a heater hose for coolant feed, which is apearantly a no-no according to the majority on this board. Again, works for me.
Third, there is a sensor in the way of the turbo outlet (TPS?) that is different on the non-turbo cars. Once again this was no big deal as, you guessed it, I swapped it from a turbo manifold.
That is not the end of the list. That's just the main points. There are several small "issues" I'm sure you will come across that will need to be figured out along the way.
I am by no means trying to talk you out of buying from me, or from turbo-ing your car in general. I just think you should be informed of this stuff before you get in over your head. If you think you can handle it after all this, please, let me get you that shipping quote!
