With that amount of mileage, I would not worry too much, but the design is not as tough as the phase I. There are less dogs, and they changed the cone/mesh so that the gear slowed down more efficiently before a shift, at the expense of increased synchro wear. If you rev match anyway, it wont matter - and they do work better, but they just don't last quite as long.

BTW, those ratios are based on old North Ursula data, so I'm only 98% sure they are correct. My compiled tranny chart has not failed me yet, but I'm still not confident enough to publish it....
