A tip for bleeding the slave cylinder....I have removed the slave cylinder and hold it as low as I can, and then have someone depress the clutch pedal. It will move the slave cylinder out and I'd push it back in. This helps get the air bubbles back into the master cylinder.

I don't remember the exact procedure I did when I did my AWD swap, but it was something like that and was surprisingly easy.

You could also try a hose and fitting store. Here in Tacoma there is Williams hose and filter and Western fittings. There should be something like that in or near Olympia.
When I got parts regularly from American Hose and fitting in Kent, they quoted me ~$80 for a pair of fabricated SS brake lines.

Answered part of my own question. Didn't realize 06 was push style. So i just need to find out if the 06 MC will bolt to our pedal set.

They are not the same, but they should work as long as you use them in pairs. The reason I say that is because some have different size bores and as a result can affect clutch pedal effort. The 06 MC should bolt up ok to our pedal set. All the hydraulic pedal assemblies are pretty much the same.
