As is mine. Even though I don't like the extra long hoses to mount it there and the extra clutter in my bay. I only did it because I was trying to eliminate possible false knock culprits and the coolant tank was hitting a bolt where I had it mounted before.

Sunroof is amazing in the spring/summer. I've had mine open almost every day lately. Feels good.

Come to Houston and you'll want those center vents and AC ;)

I bet. But AC will never be going back in this car. I might even ditch cruise control and definitely ABS eventually.

When you ditch the ABS will you get some type of coupler for the lines to replace the pump unit or run new hard lines?

I have a set of NA lines already and I would have installed them but I think they had 4 lines coming off the master cylinder and the turbo setup has 2 lines? Or vice versa. I think it's turbo = 2 and NA = 4. My ABS light comes on randomly now every couple weeks for no reason and the ABS does not work when it's on and when it snowed, it was on the whole time as soon as I hit the brakes enough to activate the ABS and then it quit working. I hate the ABS feeling and function and not knowing if it's going to work when I need it which it didn't and it takes up too much under the hood.

I assume by NA lines you mean a non ABS NA car. My 90 NA has the same ABS as my 91 turbo if I remember correctly.

Yeah the difference non-abs & abs, not necessarily non-turbo vs. turbo.

Kimo, just so you know all the 4-port master cylinders that are used for the non-abs setups are 1" bore with the exception to the mid 90's FWD SVX's. If you go from the 1-1/16" bore MC to the 1", you will likely notice more pedal travel.

So unless you can find a 4-port 1-1/16" bore MC I would suggest you add a tee between the outlet from the MC & the appropriate brake lines. Keep in mind that the brake system has two circuits, primary & secondary. Each circuit is hooked up to diagonal wheels. For example, the LF & RR are on the primary circuit, while the RF & LR are on the secondary circuit. This provides redundancy in the brakes so if you have a failure in one line, you should still be able to stop the car.

So when and if you add a tee, you need to make sure you connect the lines properly.

That's the kind of thing I was hoping to avoid. For obvious reasons, messing with the brakes on my car scares me.

Then why are you removing the ABS pump LOL
Just pull the fuse to the ABS computer

If you can live with the pump being there, pulling the fuse and abs light is the easiest option.

Then you'll need to modify the existing lines or get some non-abs lines, non-abs proportioning valve, and a non-abs 1-1/16" bore MC.
