its the same height as the radiator or thereabouts, but the length goes about 4" past the bonnet catch and lines up with the radiator on the other end, its also just as thick as the radiator.

Are you sure you're not referring to the AC condenser?? My Legacy RS has the radiator closest to the motor then immediately in front is the AC condenser (which is near as the same size) and in front of THAT the intercooler radiator......which is quite a bit smaller than the radiator and AC condenser.....the Legacy intercooler system takes about 2 litres of fluid so isn't big...

maybe they made the liberty's heat exchanger bigger than the legacy? probably due to our climate. its a bit hard to confuse it with the A/C condenser, I would like to think I am mechanically knowlegable enough to at least know which one services the intercooler!
