Replaced the Spark Plugs and Ignition Wires with NGK units. Previous owner used Autolite Spark Plugs and the Ignition Wire Boot over #1 wasn't even pushed in all the way

. Definitely explains why the car intermittently shuttered at times as it doesn't do that anymore

.
Also removed the Snorkus

.

The brace does reduce the deflection the MC sees. There still is some deflection. It's an alright mod. I don't know if I'd say it's a must have though. It's a pain in the ass to install.

Changed the oil & filter, fuel filter, on the Impreza & rotated tires.
Also cleaned up some of the parts for the Lego's motor.

I'm really happy with the master cylinder brace. pedal feels way better even after I cooked my pads up in malibu. Have more parts coming from whiteline and racecomp engineering too.

Nice, may have to look into it. Already tired of my brakes and I haven't even been on a track yet.
I placed an order on interior, this time from a company and with shipping taken care of.

Changed coil packs, battery and exchanged the washer bottle for a jdm one (best investment yet

). Changing back to coil on plugs cured my misfire problem
It was boosting a little lower after I put everything back together though, so either my gauge is off or the turbo is on its way out. It made a lot more noise than usual and rattled at first, but everything went away when I had beaten it a little, so apart from the lower boost everything was fine

What's so good about the JDM washer bottle?
Got any pics?

It is much smaller and clears the fmic piping which was rubbing against the old one. Will get pics up next weekend, as it is currently at my brothers place.

Haha, no it's nothing like that. It's just a pleasure fitting a $15 piece of plastic and it fixes a couple of really annoying problems

Amazing, no stalling, no sputtering at idle. Everytime it VTA'd, it made wierd noises, the car just really wasn't happy with it at all. I'm pretty sure if we hooked it up to the Select Monitor, we would see all the readings nominal where they should be, like they were before the BOV. My Fuel Mileage has improved, I remember the readings we got from the Select Monitor showed I was running rich at all times with the BOV, I imagine that problem is resolved now

.
It also feels great being able to get on it when I need to and not worry about something breaking or any unwanted attention I may recieve. The Leggy is just smoother and appears to operate appropriatly now, like it should. Just like you said, "Just because it runs, doesn't mean it runs right". The statement definitly holds true to the VTA issue I encountered.
Thanks Josh for all your input and advice in this matter, I really appreciate it and I know my Leggy most surely does as well

.
Also today, I changed my oil, oil filter, gave her a bath, and ordered the correct sized Brake Rotors and a new set of Brake Pads at O'Reillys. EBC Slotted Rotors and Red Stuff Pads

. Previous owner replaced the Rotors with the 10.5" set standard for 14" wheels, and not the 10.9" set standard for my 15" wheels.

you and me both. final modifications to mine are new battery and a new high out put alternator as soon as they're available. the rest is cosmetic. a hood, my grille, some paint. i'd love a rear sway bar, i just have to talk myself into it. But unfortunately new brakes aren't part of that equation.

Good deal! If you haven't done so since swapping over the BPV, reset the ECU so it can relearn from a "fresh" beginning.
