Got my new RobTune550 ECU and installed it yesterday (swapped out the old EJ20G ECU with the disabled RobTune). Fired right up last night, gonna drive it to work this morning!

(This is in my '94)

Boost should still be at 12psi for today but gonna try turning it up after work if test drive went ok.

Man, i couldn't find any posts on the subject but the ECU sure was hard to get to squeeze and fit back into its mounting points. Perhaps its just me.

I also cleaned up the engine bay, replaced the filter and plugs as well as oil: Image
Hoping to get the front cv joint replaced this week, having trouble getting the axle nut off though. So probably going to cut it tomorrow.
I'm hoping l to get it certified next week and put into my name.

My first mod...AutoMeter SportComp boost gauge temporarily mounted until i can find a better spot. Had to replace some old hard brittle vac hose. Idle vac at 21 hg/in. We will see if she hits stock target boost on the way to work tomorrow morning.

Also put in some new Optilux XB headlight in hopes of a little more light on the road.

Pulled the wiper arms off, cleaned off the rust with a wire wheel, and then hit them with some metallic black spray bomb. Also rain-x'd the windows outside and rain-x anti-fogged on the inside.

I really like the wheel/ride height combination on your car waterboy! It's as if it is high and low at the same time.

Thanks bud!

Im pretty happy with the setup, short of needing coilovers badly. I get the stance of a slammed car, but can still make it over speedbumps with ease.

I washed the Legacy on Friday and today I test fit the rear bumper skirts Maciek sold me. I will need to spend a little more time enlarging the mounting holes a little bit before I get them painted. There's also some small gaps in the fitment and I'm not 100% sure how to deal with it. I don't really like the fact the gaps are there, so will need to figure something out.

Here are some pictures:

I also turned 196,300 miles today!

Picked up the little tray thing and two outback fog buttons.
Also wondering if any one has seen one of the little black button holders?
The one on the bottom that replaced the little cubby.
