Ha, sorry originalcyn, didn't realize there was another page, I was referring to Fkyx's red car at the bottom of the previous page.
Nice wheels dude, I have similar ones but mine are Prodrives.

lol, nah no worries. Amusingly i passed that picture up and it didn't even click. And i do love the prodrives lol.
Pntaste4evr99, usually i go for powdercoat, but really i'm not concerned with the paint on them too much. I use engine enamel and it held up for a while. Really, the post was about being concerned on fitment, so we'll see. They came off my forester and i was going to sell them but i thought that i'd give'em a shot.

That's cool.
I canable-ized Wifeys charcoal canister off her NA wagon for mine, since I never had one, and lowered the frt about .25" mores since I didn't like it, so we'll see tomorrow if it rubs lol

Going to be fiddling with my Legacy this weekend! Uppipe, downpipe, turbo, intercooler, headers. Basically redoing the whole turbo system. Plan is to fit all of the new stuff up, have new gaskets to connect it all, then going to write up a list of hoses and clamps that I will need to order and put on this week, and I should be good to go!
Should be a fun project

Drove the '91 to my new apartment-the flashing power light came on with the second key cycle-then went out-my friend (a subie expert) told me to drive it in manual mode- seem to do ok-I want him to drive it and get his expert opinion

Those wheels look really good!
Update on mine, I'd post a pic from last weekend if I wasn't so lazy. VF39, headers, up and downpipes are all in, waiting on hoses to show up tomorrow so I can button everything up, realllly excited to start it up. Should get it all done Saturday, last thing to do after that is get the old exhaust cut and flanged by a shop, not sure if running an open downpipe permanently is a great idea.
All in all, I've learned a lot about turbos and such, hopefully once it's done I can say I'm proud of it, especially for doing it basically all on my own.

(Totally ok to call me that) I think I have something going on the 3rd honestly, but i'll keep you posted for sure. Thanks for the invite!
Besides, my legacy needs a lot of body and paint work before it's presentable. All it's got going for it is "looks" cause it's an ls lol.

Finally installed keyless entry. Surprised at how easy the install was. Putting it on the SVX next!

Got it running!!! At idle it needs a bit more fuel than it should, but when it revs it sounds perfect. The turbo sounds mean. I know there is a vacuum leak so we're going to work on that Thursday and hopefully figure out the idle issue. Today I need to clean up the intake hoses.
Then Friday morning get the exhaust on and we're good to go

I'm daily driving the Legacy this week since I sort of hit a parking garage pillar with the passenger front wheel on the Impreza and bent the inner tie rod.
