I need to do some more trimming & fitting. I was going to work on it today, but haven't been feeling overly great. I will probably work on trying to finish things next weekend.....birthday present to myself

Mocked up the radiator today. Fits very well! Had to get a bolts welded on to fix a previous shop's screw up.
I'm going to try and finish the hose routing tomorrow. I'm going to have to cut the lower horizontal & vertical slats in the lower bumper. Hopefully I can finish everything tomorrow or Sunday.
Here's some pics

Final mock up

I had to cut the lower slats on the bumper skin. I need to cut a hole in the bumper skin for the line going to the intercooler, but it should work really well. I'm very happy with how everything is going together. I think this setup will be much more effective/efficient then my previous setup, plus look better.

Finally finished!!!! after four months....wow!
I pulled two bone head moves. First one I hooked up the inlet & outlet backwards on the intercooler. So I swapped that around. Other issue I realized I should have done is have the shop put a vent/bleed screw on the top of the exchanger header to help bleed off air. I ran my hoses so the inlet is at the top and outlet at the bottom. Good for thermal reasons, bad for venting air from the radiator.

Thanks!
This is how I originally wanted my AWIC setup to be like. The two smaller radiators really just didn't do it.

Bit of a revival:
I found some info on the turbo->I/C hose
here.

Air to water is so damn awesome.
If it's good enough for a Veyron, then it's good enough for my car.

Every time I go drive, especially when the temps are colder and go feel the AWIC core.....it's cold to the touch and stays that way....
