nope, changing it to my favorite Subaru color, Steel gray metallic. We are also fixing the minor rust with new metal, none of that bondo crap going on this car.

I Dyno'd the Legacy on Saturday at the local Subaru clubs annual meet at Granite State Dyno. I made 263whp at 17psi. I have gotten pretty comfortable with this power level and I already want more! I have been spending money like crazy on this stupid car lately so I need to take it easy for a while.

Nice numbers!
Do you have a dyno plot you can scan? What'd you do on torque?

I'm there with you man. Mine put down 270 whp and wtq and I'm so used to it haha. Its still a blast though. But for me, injectors, new maf, and a tune at 22psi should net me 50whp maybe more torque.
Paint looks great. I wish I had a friend that could paint.

Dang what an awesome transformation! I really like the color choice for the paint! I wish I lived near by some real Subie lovers...

Time for another update. A lot has changed since the last time I was here.

I am now running a fpgreen turbo and have ditched the Robtune for a Hydra standalone ecu. Other changes include a nameless header, tial ewg, hks replica bov, new power steering setup, new aluminum charge pipes custom fabricated and a group n pitch stop mount. I have also converted to coil on plug after this bay shot was taken. I have an aem meth kit to install and then it is off to the dyno to be tuned. I am aiming for 400!
here are some more random pictures

last fall on the annual group drive on the kancamangus highway. Behind me is Mikeymeyagis's wagon that belongs to Gclark now

I attended the "wicked big meet" this year. only 9 first gens to be found at the entire show and I was able to snag a parking spot close to Jsun with his flared flat black sedan.

I actually do use my roof rack, it is not just for style.

this is the 92 wagon I picked up for $500. It is a manual L model with no rust. I lowered it on h&r springs and will be converting to rwd and boosting the n/a22 motor with spare parts from the sedan. eventually it will be the same color too.

Damn I need to find a clean shell too. Or maybe just some good doors. Looks really good though.

I don't have any big updates with the car lately. I have been driving it a ton this summer and even with the conservative street tune it is an animal. I still plan on installing my aem meth kit and tune it to its fullest potential but I have been a little distracted lately by other projects.

I would have had a lot more done to this car during the last few months but my time and money has been sinking into another goal that I have always wanted to achieve

91 mr2 turbo that I literally saved from the crusher. I got a crazy good deal on it an am in the process of cleaning up the body and painting it. It already has a ton of mods but it is rough and needs a lot of work to meet my standards.

It is definitely more difficult to work on than my legacy. According to the previous owner it has a jdm gen3 motor swap and made almost 300whp. It sounds amazing with the turbo spooling a couple feet away from your head haha.
