bac5.2: that exhaust still has your name on it.
georryan: same for you. I'm holding your exhaust

I'll have to do this with personal checks if that's alright. My paypal account isn't working out for me. I'm good about shipping immediately and I'll make sure you get exactly what you ordered.

Personal check or would you prefer a money order?

Bike is on e-bay right now, so if it's sold, I can probably get you the money next weekend (auction ends on Saturday, if it's sold, then I'll have the coin for you then, and I can get a check/money order shipped on Monday priority mail).

How soon can you ship? If possible, I'd like to have it in time for the weekend.

Is it a good idea to install the exhaust while everything else is completely stock? Or am I going to be risking boost spikes and the like? I'll also be buying an EGT and boost gauge, and hopefully a SAAB 900IC and MBC. All at the same time :)

Money order is even better. I can ship it asap once the mo arrives.
-Thanks

bac5.2: You may experience boost creep during lower temps. I have no experience with the legacy, unfortunately. I've already experience this in an sti on the track in the early morning. It scared me silly when the fuel cut at 135mph at watkins glen. At first I thought the motor went south.

And what about installing the exhaust on a completely stock system?

Or should I wait for everything else to go in (IC, MBC, gauges)?

My bike goes up on E-Bay tomorrow and if everything goes according to plan, then I'll be the second person in the USA to have a CES exhaust on their Turbo Legacy.
Dang you Bac! haha i was going to be the second person in the USA to have this system

Sorry to hear that it isn't going to work for selling them Dubrex. Thanks for holding it for me. I should have money to you in 3 weeks, 5 tops. Thanks. Let me know if that won't work out and I'll see if I can pull together some rescourses.

Jon - What's the shipping timeframe? If the MO gets to you on Tuesday, how long should I expect it to take to arrive?

Is it shipping from New York, or across the ocean?

I forgot that I still have to pass inspection and emissions, so I'll have a bit of time before I can install it. Plus, I need to work on importing Legacy92ej22t (and possible vrg3) for help on installing all of my gadgets. I'll be spending 2k in mods within the first week of the car being officially on the road :)

He doesn't want them to look crappy...
I see, do you think the picture quality is really that bad or are you referring to the website logo in the picture? I think the logo is an eyesore but at least the site is easy to use and pretty fast.

bac5.2: Your exhaust and georryan's are shipping from ny, so you should have it in the typical ground manner (5-7 buisness days?). I'll ship it out the day the mo arrives, anyway.

Cool deal. Hopefully my bike gets sold and I can have you the money ASAP.

Is shipping included in the price?

Sorry for all of the questions. Matt's pictures make me drool. I've never been more sure of spending $1400. I showed my mom the pictures and she said it seemed like a pretty good deal.

The first thing she said after we put my bike on e-bay was "good, now you can have money left over for your exhaust and the trip."

My parents are so cool, lol

Jon, sorry to hear the bad news...I hope all is well.

BAC5.2: I put my system on before I did any other mod and had no problems at all. I ran on my system for about 3-4 months before doing an intercooler, MBC, and boost gauge install too. Plus you'll be doing a lot of other mods very quickly so I wouldn't worry at all.

So, I'm officially an import now?

Oh and your mom does sound really cool. You're lucky.

Thanks for the heads up on photodump Scott, I'll probably use that a lot in the future for my hosting needs. I don't really like the watermark on their site either and thought it'd be nice to show the pictures without it in this case. Plus there's about 20 pictures so I didn't want to post em all on here. But I'll definitely probably use it in the future, thanks.
