I have KYB AGX struts on my 91 turbo AWD... and i used the ones listed for a 98-01 impreza RS.. i used the stock upper mount and stock springs... no problems. all bolted up, took me 4 hours. not including bleeding the brakes, but the suspension work was 4 hours...

as for ABS and wheel sizes.... i dont count there, i have the gold rims from a 98 impreza RS (to clear the 4 piston calipers) but i also pulled the ABS fuse too! i cant stand the subaru ABS..

so you have Impreza AGX's, and stock Legacy turbo springs and strut tops?

how is the ride? Pictures? did you notice anything weird about your springs (such as a taper on the rear springs towards the top?)

You most likely have a pretty weird proportioning valve setup or split point for the proportioning valve due the fact it was setup for ABS.....but hey if the braking works good.....then no biggie
