How does one go about in removing the steering wheel?

Have you tried removing anyhting yet? Trying to recall from memory.. i think there is a screw on the bottom, maybe two in back, and the plastic around the column also comes off (2 more screws i believe)
Once the front cover is off it's easy to see what to do, you'll probably need a steering wheel puller to get the actual wheel off.

Do you have an airbag wheel or not?
on the non-airbag wheel, there are two screws underneith that let you pop the cover off. Once that is off, you can get at the main bolt that holds the wheel on. Depending on how well the wheel is on, you may need a steering wheel puller.
