Hazard button bulb info needed?

I tore the dash apart today to try and fix the hvac controls from intermittantly not working. I think I might have fixed the controls. I cleaned the connector with electrical cleaner, put some di-electric grease on there because the problem seemed worse when I used the a/c. We'll see how it works.

anyway, I also pulled the hazard button out, and want to replace the bulb in there. Anyone know the bulb type. I'm assuming i can get it at radio shack.

I went to Radio Shack, and I can't find this bulb in stock, is it a special order bulb of some kind?

it was there in stock when I got mine.

Did you ask one of the sales people?

No, they tend to be busy, or not know anything...

Would this be the same part number I would need for Illumination for the Defrost button and Cruise control button, or did the 92+ cars not have this just like the power mirror switch?

Guy at Radio Shack said that pn 7219 is invalid, and it not in the system :(

hmm....looks like they either changed the part # or stopped carrying that bulb. It's just a little christmas tree "style" bulb with wires on the end.

So should those lamps should work?, and do they require soldering to install?

I don't know if the lamps I posted will work. They're the only ones on the site I found that "look" similar.

No soldering is required. Take the hazard button out, take the bulb out, take it to radio shack and say you want a bulb similar to that.
