does anyone know what gc8 struts + low springs looks like?

Struts, spring, anti-rollbars, braces and the like.

I have an opportunity to get some new 2.5rs struts and soft tein struts for 250$. Will this slam me? My sedan is only ~100lbs more than a 2.5rs. I don't want to be lowered very much, although i would like to bring my nose down a bit.

Also, could this work, then using those 1 inch lift spacers between the strut and spring? Are they safe?

I don't want this:

I think that would look perfect, remember he has giant winter tyres on there.

well, I'm going to find out. I got some 2.5rs springs and struts with 8k on them, as well as an 18mm air suspension legacy rear sway bar. I will be converting to the newer style springs. the rs springs are rated at 157 front, 149 rear, which while it isn't the identical rates of the legacy sedan, it's within 4%. Filling up the gas tank creates a bigger difference than that.

If anyone in the bay area has some good condition rear top hats, im interested!

Thank you everyone that is helping me with this.

Anyone have any pics of a car with this type setup...I've got a new set of GC8 KYB/GR2's and some "pre-owned" RS springs ready to go in the car as soon as I find upper spring perches and strut mounts! :D
