92-94 Turbo foglights - factory Option?

I've always heard that the 92-94 Legacy turbo's in North America didn't even have factory foglights as an option. Today at work a very nice red 94 turbo seddan pulled in for a new coil pack and CV boot. I checked it out and saw it had actual factory foglights like the ones on Aussie RS's. Which means it had to have the different bumper beam to accomodate it. I Asked parts and apparently it was an option in Canada. So they are available.

heeeeey mark. you wanna do a man a solid and try to investagate the part number for the beam up north. that would be fab! i just got a job at a subaru dealer so if yah cant find it im gunna talk to the guys in parts at my place. the one thing that would be weird if it had a jdm beam on it. did it have a airbag? i cant believe how soa can pick and choose what we got. it makes me cry.

The vendor is here in the UK but he may mail internationally. It's always worth asking, isn't it...
