I think I broke my wagon tranny. When I shift to "D", (even I floor it) it won't go over 40mph, does it mean my tranny is broken? I've tried "3", "2" and even "1", it had some strange noise too. I've checked the tranny oil which was clean and full too. I guess my options is either fixe it or get a used tranny and it will cost arms and legs. By the way, it's a 91' 2wd legacy wagon and it has 12,999 miles on it.
