I was having problems with cold starts in my 92 legacy but everything has been fine lately.
On to my question, I had started up the subby today and let it run for about 10 minutes. I proceeded to turn the defrost on full blast. When I went to turn the fan off I hear a flutter....flutter.....flutter. It continues to to that for awhile, so I switch to the heat/defrost mode (still with the fan at 1) and the car stalled. Started back up fine but the fluttering sound is interesting. It sounds lack a fan and it sounds like it is coming from the dash or engine bay.
