Im going to apply the following data on top of a compressor map for the stock turbo. It will also be useful for sizing others. All of this calculation was done on paper so it was quite a bit of work to type all of it, which I have not. If any important figures are missing tell me so I can post them as well. You should see my room, it looks like a filing cabinet exploded!First some data
Volumetric Efficiency estimates. Numbers of this are figured using information I have read about many other engines (trust me that I read ALOT of good and bad info!)
Using calculator for density ratio at http://www.stealth316.com/2-turbotemp.htm with the following data:
75 degree fahrenheit outside temp (or in other words intake temp)
14.7 psi of ambient air pressure (sea level)
70% compressor efficiency (most turbos are between 65 and 75)
9psi 1.34 dr
11psi 1.37
13psi 1.47
15psi 1.54
2.2 is 2212 cubic centimeter or 134.984521937548 cubic inches
3000 rpm 96%
3500 rpm 95%
4000 rpm 94%
4500 rpm 92%
5000 rpm 90%
5500 rpm 87%
6000 rpm 84%
6500 rpm 80%
7000 rpm 75%
Output of that used in formula for total air flow volume at a specific RPM "VAF = (CI/1728) x (RPM/2) x VE"
Which after calculating half of them I found a java aplication to do it http://www.stealth316.com/2-air-fuel-flow.htm Oh well, it was math excersize for my brain

I cannot post the Compressor maps I have, the person who shared them wished the data to remain confidential. I will take the graph and apply this against the stock maps privatly and post the information.
