15x6.5 Rota's with a 40mm offset for '92 Legacy??

Found a set of Rota Subzero's I want for my car. They are 15" rims, 6.5" wide and i believe the offset is 40.

Am i gonna have problems?

+40 is way out there..even for a 6.5" wheel. I'd stay away from them unless you want to run smaller tires and don't mind looking like a lowrider...

Ive noticed that the Rota and the Legacy share 5.25" backspacing, would allow it to clear the struts and calipers and everything?
