Is it a scam? I find it hard to belive that something as simple as vortexing the air can give 20 hp to the wheels on an f150.

Do you guys know what I'm talking about? I saw this on a late night commercial (probably my first mistake :) )

There's actually a thread in the Intake section about it...

Yep, total ripoff. I was dumb enough to try it in my earlier years. Did nothing for power or mileage, just made the car harder to start. Makes sense since it's just an obstruction in the intake...

Their actual product is crap but if you put one of their stickers on the top of your airbox you'll gain around 5 hp at least. :P

Yeah I should do my turbo transplant and just tell any surprised person that I'm N/A, but running a Tornado.

Word, I told you my car was faster ;)

Stickers are free if the Pep-boys guys like you.

P.S. I do have a Tornado sticker on my airbox. I have an exhaust powered tornado in my intake.

You know, hahaha, I emailed Tornado before I posted this and they replied to me today. They basically said that gains from the tornado on a turbo car would be minimal if any at all.

At least they aren't trying to oversell their product.
