Window and Lock problems..

I'm having problems with my window & lock buttons. My passenger window button on my drivers side is kind of stuck and it wont row the window up, but it rows it down. It looks as if its sitting lower than the other buttons. And one day, my automatic locks stopped working. What do you think that could be?
