i thought i read somewhere on the legacycentral website about dave or someone cutting a certain wire after making their swap and it keeping the engine from revving up before going back down when the clutch is pushed in. My car stays revved for a long time after i start it cold and everytime i push in the clutch, the revs go up before they go down. Anybody care to make a quick explanation please

I thought the RS trannies were hydraulic. Did you convert it to cable?

The only difference is the clutch fork and where it pivots. If you use a cable fork, and move the pivot to the lower spot (I believe, there's only two anyway so either one or the other) you'll be able to use it. And before anyone asks, even though it's hydrolic, it's still a push style clutch system.
