Any FFXI players out there?

At the risk of sounding like a geek I thought I'd ask if anyone on the board plays FFXI online. If you don't know what the name is then I guess you won't be playing it but it's Final Fantasy Eleven.

So do I Matt. It would make it worth playing if you were on a team with me. Maybe I would die less too. That's a way we could hang out too. You know buddy we probably could play Madden online but you don't have a network adapter yet...

i thought ffxi was for the pc aswell, and a mmorpg

Lots of my friends picked up FF when it was released. I never opted to get into it simply because I've been playing Everquest for almost five years

. However, I'm finally at the point in EQ where I'm ready to hang up my Celestial Fists (inside joke). Been looking forward to WoW for a looooong time. In fact, I just missed getting in on the beta

I did start playing City of Heroes, though... gotta have something to do while I wait for Blizzard to roll out what I sincerly hope will be the best mmorpg to hit the shelves evah!
