It's cold here again, and I also re-did my trans cooler line. Refresh my memory. When the trans fluid is below temp it keeps the trans out of 4th. Correct? When I first started home from work I had trouble getting the car to shift into 3rd or 4th. Maybe it need to check my fluid level or my brakeband? I got maybe 1 mile down the road (stop and go traffic) and it was fine after that. Thoughts?
The trans cooler is before the radiator cooler so you would think the trans would warm up the same.

Yeah it's normal for the tcu to keep the trans from shifting into 4th gear if the fluid is below a certain point
