link image permission and nearest residence question

Post by isotopeman »

I would like to link to this board from my rinky-dink collection of pages using an image. Who holds the rights to the one in the top corner? the blue 555 car.
Also, I've been wondering who lives nearest to me. So who's nearest to northwest Arkansas?

I don't see an issue to using that image. I'm not sure where Dave (DLC) got it, you can ask him.

I'm in Houston....there's bound to people closer I think. I used to live in memphis for a little bit.

mtk is closer by about 100 miles or so, but that's about it, that area is like devoid of subarus. :\

I borrowed, so to speak, that image from another site. I believe it's fair usage and in context. As long as you're not using a direct link to that image from your site, i'm fine with it. It does change at my whim, so be warned.

Thanks.
Any image would work, and that is far nicer than a photo of my own Legacy.
There aren't very many older Subarus in this area either. My neighbor from Lebanon though just bought a 93 Legacy. I shouldn't really say "bought"; it didn't cost him anything other than some labor on it.
