if swamp ass is what im thinking of, it may be otherwise noted as duckbutt. or when you get sweat in the canyon and it causes an extreme itiching condition

When you smack your knee/shin/elbow/forearm REALLY hard. This has historically been in relation to MTB'n or wrenching on something and slipping. The worst was a few years ago I was climbing a huge hill on a MTB putting everything I had into the pedals and the chain broke sending me over the front and slamming my knee into the stem full force…cyclists know what I’m talking about. Pure blunt trauma, you get that odd tingling at the point of impact and get all dizzy and nauseous…..I’d rather brake or cut something, just writing about it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

Haha G-Reg, I know that feeling all to well. You hit the soft spot just on the inside of your knee cap. You really almost get to the point of passing out. It's the kind of pain that you can't describe, and can't react to. No screaming, just mutter "ow fuck ow fuck ow fuck" as you hobble to a place to sit down and try to supress vomiting. *shudder*

Hahaha, very close. As Josh mentioned, baby wipes can keep the dreaded swamp ass at bay.

Swamp ass is very similar to what you mention as duckbutt except, what are the two things in ready supply in a swamp? 1. Water, sweat like you mentioned and 2. Mud, which is....uh, I think we all know what the mud is.

The worst thing about swamp ass though, is the way it sneaks up on you. I mean, you think you're clean. It's just that once you start sweating, watch out, here comes swamp thing!
