New Tires!

Post by georryan »

I just ordered a set of Pirelli Pzero Nero M&S's. After all I've read about them I'm real excited about putting them on. They should have been here today, but it looks like they'll be here probably friday since they didn't arrive. The funny thing is that UPS says they were delivered today, at a time when I was home, yet no one showed up at MY door. I'm hoping for friday since I'm betting everyone has tomarrow off.

I hate when the UPS/FedEx man don't bring my package on time! I noticed today when I received my GR-2s in the mail that UPS came alot later then they normally do. Pirelli pzeros seem like really good tires, or atleast customers on tirerack seem to like them. Let us know how they work.

Luke at Tire Rack liked them enough to suggest them to me in place of any other all season on the market. He said customers have even rally-x'd them with out a problem.

I have autocrossed them on the 01 RS with great results. They have a great adhesion point and they give you a chirp right before they let loose on high G's. SInce it has not snowed here in the PNW, I don't know the snow traction but wet and dry have been awesome. What size did you get??
Yes I have too many Subarus
No you can't have one

I got 205/50/16. After what has been said here, I can't wait to try them. Subarujunkie is planning a trip to the snow up in tahoe as well. So, if no one else does before me, I should have some good notes on snow traction. I had some Yokahoma snow tires on my car last year in the snow. They were awsome. I'm excited to see how these compare to real snow tires.
