EJ20 Rocker cover torque settings

Post by dimistyle »

Does anyone have a scanned copy of the torque setting for the EJ20 motor, I am going to attempt to replace the leaking gaskets on the rocker covers and would like this info before I make a start.

I know I need 2 rocker gaskets, 6 (?) O rings seals for the bolts and I guess a couple of O rings or gaskets for the oil inlets on one of the rocker covers.

Anything else I need to buy. Other than a Haynes manual?

Cheers

If its the same as the EJ22, the FSM torque spec is 3.6 lbs. But if I remember right, they bottom out around that same time.
