Lips of Deceit by avenge sevenfold.
Don't let me die by jay-z and R.kelly
Aww Naw by nappy roots
You got me by the roots
Don't say nuthin by the roots
Breathe by swollen members
Fuel Injected by swollen members

Some of them take a couple times listening to really like. and avenge sevenfold took me quite a few times listening to before i really liked it.

The Cars - Drive will always be one of my personal favorite songs.

You want some rock songs that everybody forgot?

Tony Iommi and Dave Grohl - Goodbye Lament
Crease - Frustration
Aerosmith - Hole In My Soul
Faith No More - Last Cup of Sorrow
SpineShank - New Disease
Sugar Ray - RPM
Collective Soul - Why Part II

90's dance songs:

Snap - Rhythm is a Dancer
Technotronic - Move This
Rockell - In A Dream
Haddaway - What Is Love

Want more? Post again, I can start listing random songs in my library.

OMG! You are my new best friend!

Seether - Fine Again... is my favorite song. Ever. Period. End of discussion.

To most people it won't sound that ground-breaking, but I swear that band wrote that song just for my ears. It doesn't have any special meaning, it's just my song.

:D

Some off-the beaten path stuff:

The Make-Up: Blue is Beautiful, Hot Coals, I Am Pentagon, If They Come In the Morning, Save Yourself, The Bells, Walking on the Dune. (I would classify this band as one of the best ever...)

The Mars Volta - Televators
Amel Larrieux - For Real (Hits notes like Minnie Ripperton)
Amon Tobin - Easy Muffin, Amon Tobin - Nova
Arling and Cameron - Dirty Robot
Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist

Blonde Redhead: Bean, In Particular, Missle, U.F.O

Blue Oyster Cult - The Reaper (Heck ya!)
Cardigans - My Favorite Game
Cee Lo - Closet Freak
Dope - Debonaire
Felix Da Housecat - Silver Screen (I love this song!)
Flaming Lips - Do You Realize
Franka Potente - Believe
Fugazi - Waiting Room
Jawbox - Iodine
Jets To Brazil - Perfecting Lonliness
Madrugada - Dance For Me
Manu Chao - Mr Marley, Manu Chao - Bongo Bong
Morcheeba - Otherwise, Morcheeba - Trigger Hippie
Mungo Jerry - In the Summer Time
Portishead - Just about any song a must download.
Royksopp - Poor Leno
Senor Coconut - Showroom Dummies
Sia - Breathe Me (Four Tet mix)
Slint - Washer
Ted Leo - Biomusicology
TV on the Radio - Satellite (Awesome Band!)
Ween - Zoloft
Youngbloods ft. OutKast - 85 South
Zero 7 - Destiny, Zero 7 - In the Waiting Line
Ziggy Marley - One Good Spliff

Ok, I know some of this isn't off the beaten path, but I couldn't pass it up. And some of the other stuff is rare to be heard here in Ohio, we have the certifiable worst Metropolitan radio in the country. Don't argue with me on this, if you are in the mountains and can only get 2 country stations, well you aren't next to one of the largest cities in America and still have nothing to hear. Guess how many ethnic stations Cleveland has... 0! And there are 2 of every vanilla category - Country, Classic Rock, R&B, Talk, Smooth Jazz. Nothing gets here unless it was played around the country for a month or two. No joke. And no alternative stations. But I never listen to the radio, either, so ignore previous rant :D

I forgot Tool? How foolish of me!

I'm on a Tool kick right now, in the past 3 weeks I've bought Undertow, Aenima (awesome album!!!), and Lateralus. I don't know of a song I wouldn't listen to on any of em.

I'll never get tired of Three Days' Grace - I Hate Everything About You no matter how many times I hear it.

Don't forget some Static-X (Bled For Days, Cold) and SOiL (Halo, Inside [kick-the-crap-out-of-you song])...
