Lights out

Post by teelliott »

:(

I apparently shorted something out while installing a remote starter on my 97 Legacy Outback wagon this afternoon. Tried connecting the line for the lights and now they don't work at all. I took everything back out, checked all the fuses (that I could find), but still nothing. No parking light, no high or low beam, no driving lights or dash lights. The momentary high beam does still work as does the parking light switch on the top of the steering column. Anyone have a suggestion or can point me to a wiring disgram for the headlights for this model?

Did you check both the underhood and underdash fuse boxes?

The service manual for the 92 Legacy in the sticky thread in the "Stuff You Need to Know" forum has the headlight wiring in it.
