Yeah, attachments tend to do that...

Upload it to http://www.imageshack.us or something so that those of us without Rallitek accounts can see it. ^-^

The square fogless holes look kinda strange, other than that it looks pretty much like mine.

Ahh, so you own the black car. Congrats! I kinda watched it go together taking notes for my own someday, and welcome to the boards!

I'm not crazy on seeing the pipes through the turn signal holes, but that's just my own personal opinion. Looks great otherwise :)

Yeah, I was un-sure of losing my lower turn signals too, but sometimes you just have to sacrifice :) My legacy has only a few mods like ej20g in it with a link stand alone ecu, blitz electronic boost controller. sti group n tranny and motor mounts, cusco strut tower bar. I just got some newer designed heads with twe cams, which I haven't installed yet...soon

late

If they are SOHC, how is he going to put WRX cam's in it? There was never an SOHC WRX.... And cams for a DOHC setup won't bolt into an SOHC head...

I'm confused. Are you SURE they are Phase2 SOHC heads? Or are they Phase1 DOHC RS heads?

Yes, Hardy. ALL of the cool people :)

im really confused. afaik the 20g is a closed deck doch heads wiht 16g used in ver2 sti and 1996 wrx. thoes heads are suposed to be pretty good. unless they were messed in some sort of overheating.

99-01 rs's are sohc, maybe the heads are from a 98.

Depending on which EJ20G he has it may have come with a vf8 or vf12 also.

Thats alright, i might push it out and return it when im done, if joel lets me work on my hoo ride on tues. What are your plans for the old heads, and manifold? I wouldn't mind switching to a dohc if they flow better. When are you switching them out?

If I were you I would make some flat turn signals using LED strips or arrays and install them in the old holes, thereby regaining the safety and covering the pipes to boot.

LED's like these:
