Differences between the N/A and turbo 5MT Trans?

I’ve done a bit of searching but still have some questions. I know the turbo has a hydraulic through out and a stronger pressure plate/clutch disk. My proposed swap will put an EJ22T drive train into an older EA series car (RX), which has a cable clutch so it would be simpler to go with the N/A EJ tranny. I don’t mind converting to hydraulic, but assuming I can get a performance clutch for the N/A box what am I gaining for my hassle and expense?
Does the turbo box have different gear ratios? (What are the ratios?)
Is the turbo box stronger, i.e. shot peened gears and such?
They are both 3.9:1 final drive, right?
Educate me

P.S. What would be a good price on a solid used trans, N/A & Turbo (the swap donor I'm looking at had an auto)?
