the more you read the more you learn. though it is possible to put one on it will only be minimaly louder than stock. yes you do have a stock valve. the one you will need is a bosh replacement found on ebay. you will also need to recirculate it. to install you will need some heater hose and some clamps. but since your stock one probaly still works dont even think about it

Jason, I am not sure if he is talking about the stock diverter valve.
I think he is more asking about aftermarket, atmospheric BOV's.
You CAN get one, for sure. I'm running one.
Intercooler or not, it doesn't make a difference. At stock boost, there is no reason to replace the OEM bit unless you want the bling bling of the noise.

Unplug the return hose and point it up towards the hood scoop, when you get sick of it plug it back in! (disclaimer: just kidding dont really do this, it will make the car run like ass)

I'm running an atmospheric BOV. With no IC, my friend is running one too. I have an IC.
To run ICless, your going to want to plug the connection that goes from the outlet of your DV to the intake tract. Next, is to take off the stock DV and run a hose from the inlet of the DV to the inlet of your BOV.
Make sure that you have a BOV that stays closed at idle.

Almost all atmospheric BOV's stay closed at idle.

greddy.
And as long as you block off the return inlet on boot B, running the stock valve as atmospheric seemed just fine for me while in the transitional period between intercoolers. It kinda sounds like Darth Vader exhaling when ya shift, but it stays closed and I never had any idle problems. I also didn't run very high boost during that period...
