Autronic Plug and Play Standalone ECU

Post by Innovative Tuning »

I'll be testing their plug and play unit for the 95/96 WRX on my Legacy Sport sedans in the next couple weeks. These units have just been finished and haven't been tested on a Legacy SS yet, so I have my fingers crossed. Autronic makes a hell of standalone.

I'll report my results as soon as I have them.

would be awesome if it worked on the SS... would make me wonder if the PnP works on the nonturbo. Of course, I believe the actual plug-in harness will be different, may require splicing.

Like I said, in the next couple weeks they'll be sending me the ECU for testing. I don't have it yet. Rest assured I'll have it on the car as soon as it arrives.

Kelley ran the Autronic standalone for a while. I don't believe it was the plug and play version, though. I'm pretty sure he made some maps for it. It worked great, according to him, though. Do tell when you have some results.
